1. Customer Account

  • To create your account at www.aigle-store.com enter your e-mail address, which becomes your identification, as well as the other required information in the appropriate fields.

  • Go to My Account and click on the link Forgot Your Password and enter the e-mail address you used when opening your account. Your password will be e-mailed to you immediately. Please check your junk mail and spam box, if you do not receive it.

  • You register for the www.aigle-store.com newsletter by registering your e-mail address here or on the Home page in the Newsletter section at the foot of the page. You will receive the latest news from www.aigle-store.com, and our exclusive offers.

  • You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by simply clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the footer of the newsletters you receive. You can also do it in My Account, in the My Subscription section. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any difficulty.

  • The information you give us to handle your order are only used only in the context of our commercial relations. This information can in no way be shared or sold. In accordance with the Computers, Files and Freedom Law of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, correct, change or remove any personal data which concerns you. So far as your financial information (bank or credit cards) is concerned, this is only used for your payment, with our secure payment partner. We do not retain any of your financial information.

2. Placing an Order

  • To place an order at www.aigle-store.com, all you have to do is browse the site by going to the products available in the different categories. You can browse by type of product or by looking through the whole site. Choose the items that you wish to buy by clicking on Add To Basket. Once your products are in the basket, you can review your selection by clicking on the basket, then follow the prompts by clicking the Order button. You will be asked to set up an account, if you haven’t done so already. Your order is prepared within 48 working hours in our warehouse, then passed to the courier, according to the method of delivery that you choose.

  • We will send you a confirmation e-mail a few minutes after the receipt of your order. In this e-mail you will find a summary of your order. Once your order is shipped plus a link allowing you to go to the UPS website to track your order.

    When your order is passed to the courier, you will receive another e-mail confirming that your order is on its way. You will also receive a tracking number and a link to the UPS website where you can track the journey of your order.

  • You can cancel or change an order so long as it has not already been prepared by our warehouse. Any changes to your order will be taken into account the same day, provided that you advise us by e-mail at customerservice@aigle-store.com before the planned dispatch date of your order.

3. Secure Payment

Aigle-store.com accepts orders placed using all major credit cards.

  • Yes, payment is 100% secure. Transactions carried out on www.aigle-store.com are secured by our partner payment system. All information collected in order to process payment is encoded using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by any third party, nor will it be retained on our IT systems.

    When you are asked to complete your credit card number, you can check that you are in a secure zone by using your browser. These zones can be identified by an address beginning with https, and include 'secure.ogone.com' as well as a locked padlock or key icon at the bottom of your browser.

    For your security, Ogone checks that the connection with your browser is secure before sending your financial information. Ogone is a technical service provider, and is not responsible for any disputes regarding orders. These must be dealt with directly via www.aigle-store.com or your bank.

4. Shipping

FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL BOOTS OVER $75 WITHIN CANADA.

Aigle-store.com provides no charge shipping on all orders over $75 within Canada. All orders are shipped within 2 business days of order being placed. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

We offer the following delivery options:

  1. No charge standard shipping (ground service) for orders over $75.
    Arrives within 3 to 5 business days from when order is shipped.
  2. Expedited service (ground or air service) is $25 for orders over $75.
    Arrives within 2 business days from when order is shipped.

 

For orders of $75 or less, we offer the following delivery options:

  1. A flat rate of $15 will be charged for standard shipping (ground service).
    Arrives within 3 to 5 business days from when order is shipped.
  2. Expedited service (ground or air service). Cost is $40 for orders under $75.
    Arrives within 2 business days from when order is shipped.

 

5. Delivery of Aigle Boots

A few things to know about your delivery:

  • The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery.
  • If you are not available at the shipping address entered, your Aigle boots will be:
    1. left at the front door if the driver deems it to be safe, or;
    2. alternatively at the nearest courier depot for pick up. If this is the case, the courier will leave a note in your mail box notifying you. If they are unable to contact you, your product will be returned to ca. aigle-store.com and our Customer Service Team will attempt to contact you to arrange for alternate delivery.
  • We offer shipping to all provinces in Canada. We do not offer delivery to P.O Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses.

6. Returns

FREE RETURNS

We will accept your returned, unused Aigle boots, purchased at Aigle-store.com, for up to 30 days from when the product is shipped to you. To return a product that you have purchased from Aigle-store.com, just follow these three steps

Send an email to customerservice@aigle-store.com with the following information:

  • - Invoice #
  • - Order number
  • - Reason for return: a) wrong size; b) damaged (include description of damage); c) wrong colour; d) changed mind;
  • - Item information: SKU, Colour, Size, QTY.
  • - Contact information name address telephone and email
  • - RMA given out if return meets criteria
  • - RMA number must be on the box
  • - Copy of invoice in with the return
  • - Original packaging


    To initiate your return or exchange, please follow the instructions below:
  • - Replace the complete item in its original packing. Goods must be returned in their original state for acceptance and refund.

  • - Send the package by UPS with recorded delivery to the following address: Standard Apparel, 87 Wingold Ave, Unit 1, Toronto, Ontario, M6B 1P8.

  • - Once we review and approve your return, we will send you an email with a Return Authorization Number and a UPS label. You can then return your product.

  • - Replace the complete item in its original packing. Goods must be returned in their original state for acceptance and refund. Include the RMA number and send the package by UPS with recorded delivery to the following address: Standard Apparel, 87 Wingold Ave, Unit 1, Toronto, Ontario, M6B 1P8.

  • - Return charges will be at our expense.

  • - Once we receive the product back, and inspect it, we will credit your credit card. You will receive email confirmation of this credit. Please allow 2 weeks from when you send back the item, to receive the credit confirmation.

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

Aigle pays particular attention to the quality of its products. However, should you find any fault despite all the quality checks carried out, please inform us of this problem so that we can send you a replacement or a refund. Please follow the returns procedure, described above, and state the reason for returning. Once we accept and then receive the return, you will be notified by email.

PLEASE NOTE: The leather wings on the Miss Julie/Miss Juliette Collections are decorative. They should NOT be used to pull your boots on.

7. Information and Services

About Natural Rubber

  • Rubber is a natural plant extract which is from latex trees (Hevea brasiliensis). When the tree is cut, the latex covers the wound and acts as a protective layer against external aggressions. The latex is then collected in cups to be turned into rubber.

  •  

    • Strength and flexibility
    • 100% Waterproof
    • Comfort (PVC or plastic are not as comfortable)
    • Highly resistant to abrasion and to external aggression

     

  • Cleaning

    After each use, clean your natural rubber boots with a sponge saturated in soapy water. Dry rubber boots with a lint-free cloth. To protect your rubber boots and rejuvenate the rubber, apply Swipol spray once per season. Click here to purchase Aigle’s Swipol Spray.

    Drying

    Dry in the open air. Do not dry near a heat source or in direct sunlight as this can alter the qualities of rubber and colour.
